I am Timothy Maguire, a Private Chef with more then twenty years of experience. My career was spent catering to Hollywood elite, World leaders, and the planets Wealthiest people. This position demanded flawless four-star service, extreme attention to detail, balanced flavors, with sublime presentations. The position also required continuous travel throughout the World. This provided the opportunity to train under the most notable Master Chefs, Master Pastry Chefs, and Master Chocolatiers. Experiencing hands on about local ingredients, flavor profiles, and techniques from the original country of origin.


Although my position celebrated all aspects of gastronomy, my passion has always been for the Art of Chocolate. We eat a savory meal because we are hungry, but we eat chocolate because it makes us happy. I felt I achieved everything I could as a Private Chef and left New York City to fulfill my dream of owning my own chocolate business.


Timothy Maguire Chocolates is a farm to table concept located in Asheville, North Carolina. Our mission is to use as many locally sourced ingredients to produce the finest products possible. We use only local dairy where the cows are growth hormone, antibiotic free, and fed a healthy Non-GMO diet. We will be sourcing seasonal fruits, berries, nuts, and honey from local farms, including growing many of the ingredients on our own organic farm.


Apart from the farm to table concept, TMC is distinguished from others by our artistic presentations. Every one of our chocolates is delicately airbrushed and hand painted to express their flavors through artistic design.
